Marcel Kullen is a seasoned investment and advisory professional with over 11 years of experience in capital markets, private credit, and alternative investments. He has held senior roles across investment banking and asset management, focusing on cross-border transactions, structured financing, and strategic capital solutions and completed more than 40 deals with a deal volume of approx. EUR 11bn.

Andrew Auslander, Senior Advisor to Palmstone Capital, brings three decades of experience in financial markets working as a trader, risk manager and consultant to global investment banks and broker dealers. Andrew has deep experience in due diligence of firms and valuation of transactions. Andrew held senior roles at Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan Chase, Salomon Brothers, BNP Paribas and Itau (USA) Asset Management.

Mona Zeineldin is a seasoned investment banker with over 20 years of experience specializing in fundraising, debt structuring, and capital markets across the MENA region. Throughout her career, she has led high-impact transactions spanning syndicated loans, DCM, and structured finance - raising over USD 3.5 billion in capital. Mona has held senior leadership roles at institutions such as Citibank, National Bank of Fujairah, Union National Bank, and Barclays.

John Moreland-Lynn brings over 25 years of investment banking experience across infrastructure, telecommunications, and energy sectors. As Head of Investment Banking at Arkwright Capital, John executed the €2bn acquisition of Kabel Hessen by Klesch Group from Deutsche Telekom, one of Europe's largest private equity buyouts of the 1990s. Currently focused on M&A and capital raising in the energy transition.

Marius Walter is a seasoned advisor specializing in tax optimization, global business structuring, and tailored banking solutions for entrepreneurs, investors, and freelancers. Previously at KPMG, Marius gained expertise in tax advisory, auditing, and capital markets consulting, providing him with a deep understanding of complex financial systems.

John Fenton brings over 15 years of experience across investment banking, hedge funds, and trading infrastructure at tier-1 institutions including Citi, UniCredit, BBVA, SEB, and Man Investments. With deep expertise in trading systems, operations, and capital markets technology, John has managed multi-million pound implementations across front-to-back office functions.

Helmut Wagner, Senior Advisor at Palmstone Capital, brings over a decade of experience in financial advisory, specializing in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity investments. Prior to joining Palmstone, Helmut held senior roles at Goldman Sachs and BlackRock, where he successfully advised on transactions exceeding $1 billion across diverse industries.
